Christina (Tina) Kuhn

Tina Kuhn is an accomplished CEO and Senior Leader with demonstrated success spanning cybersecurity, defense, intelligence, commercial, international, and US government industries.

Ms. Kuhn is the President and CEO of The Lanzar Group, focusing on supporting small and mid-tier GovCon companies in organizational transformations, growth strategies and implementation, M&A due diligence and integration, financial improvements, process and risk management, operations management, business development, and proposal development.

Ms. Kuhn has served in a variety of executive leadership roles including the president of Proximas Group, the President and CEO of CyberCore Technologies, an Executive Vice President at Sotera, and a Vice President at Northrop Grumman, and General Dynamics.

Ms. Kuhn was on The Daily Record Power 100 list in 2023 and 2021 and was awarded the Women in Technology award for mid-tier contractor in November 2020. CyberCore was selected as the Maryland Tech Council Government Contracting Company of the Year in October 2020. Ms. Kuhn was named one of the 10 best CEOs of 2019 by Industry Era magazine and was selected by WashingtonExec as a "25 Leaders in Government Contracting You Should Know About".
